Service availability, pricing, and terms may vary and are subject to change. Specific service agreements will be provided upon booking confirmation.

Booking and Payment

When you book a service with Mighty Valley:

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information
• Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking
• Deposits may be required to secure bookings
• Final payment is due as specified in your booking confirmation
• Prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• More than 48 hours notice: Full refund of any payments made
• Within 48 hours: We will work with you to reschedule where possible. Refunds are at our discretion.
• No-shows: No refund will be provided

For catering events, different cancellation terms may apply and will be specified in your booking agreement.

Client Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about dietary requirements, allergies, and preferences
• Ensure a safe and suitable environment for our team (for services at your location)
• Communicate any changes to guest numbers or requirements promptly
• Treat our staff with respect and courtesy

Dietary and Allergy Information

While we take all reasonable precautions to accommodate dietary requirements and allergies:

• You must inform us of all allergies and dietary restrictions in advance
• We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment
• Cross-contamination may occur in shared kitchen environments
• Ultimate responsibility for managing allergies rests with the individual

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and recipes, is the property of Mighty Valley or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:
